December the Eighth
Thank you all for your well wishes. I appreciated reading them. I'm sorry I didn't reply to anyone (I will try to be better today, but no promises). The kids are getting worse and we spent the day in showers and bed. Unfortunately, I think this cold will be hanging around a few more days. I managed to get a nap in yesterday, and it was wonderful! I hope the same again, for today :)
Today I am giving away a Joy charm pack by Kate Spain
To be in the draw, leave a comment about something(?). I'm too sick to think!

ReplyDeleteSnuggle under a quilt and get lots of rest! Thanks for the giveaway :-)
ReplyDeleteFeel better! Unfortunately it's that time of year :( but, on the plus side, Christmas is around the corner (and for me, my birthday is next week) - so hopefully all will be well!

ReplyDeleteLovely charm pack. I've been thinking about working on a little memory quilt with my son's Christmas PJ's...this would be the perfect compliment.
I'm sick too! With walking pneumonia. It's not fun :( I hope we both get to feeling better soon, as I've got lots of sewing to be done in the next week and I'm sure you do to...
ReplyDeleteThe bright side...it should run its course by Christmas! Grab a quilt and a couple of good movies, vicks vapo rub, and some chicken noodle soup and you'll all be better in no time! Thanks for all the fun this week even though you're under the weather.
ReplyDeleteMy son is sick too - seems to be food poisoning. Poor guy is all dehydrated now, but on the mend. Keep drinking tea!
ReplyDeletebeing sick is never fun...

ReplyDeleteI hope you are all feeling better soon! I know rare naps can be - and I'm sure you needed it! Take it easy and thanks for the chance to win. We are trimming our tree tonight - seems fitting with a joy giveaway!
ReplyDeleteOh, all the best to you & yours. What a lousy time to be sick. Not that there is really a *good* time to be sick, but you know what I mean. I hope everyone is on the mend soon! xo
ReplyDeleteLove the fabric, hope you all start feeling better soon!
ReplyDeleteFeel better! Hope tomorrow I everyone is on the mend.
ReplyDeleteAWW! Feel better soon!!!
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling better soon.
ReplyDeleteBest cold helper in our house is VICKS (not sure if you can get that where you are). You smear it on a tissue, fold the tissue in half and then put this in another folded tissue. Place this into the pillow case of the sick child and they are able to breathe better - which means they sleep better and so do you!!
Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
